  Many many people are always searching for bigger units, but I found f the X-Large model a bit too large. The  Secura Air fryer at 3.2-Liter (3.4 Qt) model is best for most kitchens.  But it up to you just in case you’ll decide to go bigger model, the option is there.


  The Secura Air fryer has a practical, simple, almost minimalistic design. On the outside, you have two knobs. One for temperature and time. Low powerhouse ass well , not like older deep fryers which consume 2000 w plus watt of power.

 There’s also the basket handle, with its dedicated release button, and the air inlet and outlet openings. On the inside, you have the non-stick pan and basket. Also welcome bonus, a toaster rack with a set of skewers.

3.4 Qt (3.2 litres) capacity

  The 120V 1500 Watt 3.2 litre unit measures 15 x 14 x 14 inches and weighs 12.5 pounds. To make the operation as simple as possible to use, it has nothing more than the time and temperature controllers and 2 indicator lights, for Power and for when heating is in progress.

Variable temperature control

The timer of up to 60 minutes

The timer of up to 60 minutes. The timing controller is very similar to the one for temperature. It starts at 0 and it can go up to 60 minutes, which is the highest cooking time you’ll find on any other air fryer.

Most of them have a 30-minute timer, this Secura air fryer has a double cooking time. And the control options are generous, with increments of 1 minute, which means that every time you turn the knob, clockwise, 1 dot, you extend the cooking time with 1 minute.

Overheating protection

 The unit has Overheating protection. As important as the overheating protection is, not all air fryers have it. With this Secura model, however, you can rest assured that, whenever an extreme overheating condition is detected, you’re protected. That’s because the unit has an inner temperature control system that automatically triggers the overheating protection when needed.

Automatic switch-off

 Automatic switch-off As opposed to the previous feature, which interferes when the unit overheats and blocks it from functioning, the automatic switch-off is more day-to-day oriented. Basically, it looks at the timer and, whenever it counts down to 0 and the bell sound is triggered, the Secura air fryer turns off automatically. At the same time, if you’ve finished cooking earlier and you want to turn it off, you can directly turn the timer knob to 0, with a counterclockwise motion.

How to use the Secura air fryer:

• you unlock the basket and take it out, placing inside the ingredients that you wish to cook ( if you let the meats marinate overnight, the result will be even more impressive);
• you push the pan back in, looking to feel that catch that it makes when it was correctly inserted;
• you turn the temperature control knob to a specific temperature you want  and do the same with the time knob, setting the desired cooking time (if you haven’t preheated the unit first and the basket is cold, add 3 minutes to the cooking time indicated in your recipe);
• you might also want to check the food somewhere at the middle of the cooking process, taking out the pan and shaking the ingredients while in use, Newer, never touch any other part of the air fryer than the cool-touch handle, if do so get burned! 
• when the time elapses and you hear the notification sound, you can check your food and, if everything is cooked, transfer it to a plate and enjoy hot and crispy.
